The Hawaiian word Mana describes the spirit, energy and essence of the islands.

Island Mana's tropical fruit wines seek to capture the feeling of Mana, the beautiful beaches, dramatic na pali (cliffs), stunning sunsets and incredible tropical fruit in every bottle. We put our Mana and Aloha into our wines by handcrafting small lots of all natural fruits and juices.

I started my Hawaiian wine label, Island Mana Wines, while living on the Island of Kauai in the State of Hawaii. Prior to moving to Hawaii, I had attended wine school in Oregon and founded Bodichitta Winery in 2009.  I began my journey in wine through cooking, pairing great meals with wine from all over the world.  After many trips to Napa and Sonoma, I soon discovered Oregon Pinot noirs, nuanced and subtle.

I make my wines in small batches, usually less than 200 cases, with Bodhichitta showcasing Oregon grape wines (Pinot gris, Chardonnay, Marechal Foch, Pinot noir, etc.), honey wines (mead) and dry fruit wines (rhubarb, apple, blueberry, blackberry), while the Island Mana Hawaiian wines consist of dry, tropical fruit wines, sourced from all natural and organic fruit.

Thank you for stopping by!  We'll be happy to ship that next tropical sunset directly to your doorstep!

Much Aloha to you and mahalo for taking the time to visit us!
